He is survived by: his parents, Raleigh Walker Laney (Dolores) and Karen S Beatty (Billy); his uncles, Gary Beatty (Barbara) and John W Laney (Sheron); his cousins, Stephen Beatty of Eric Beatty, Ala, John W Laney IV (Deborah) and Frederick Christopher Laney (Stacey); his close friend Sheba; and also Peggy Carter.
