She was predeceased by: her parents, James W. Egerton and Frances Williamson Egerton; her husband Charles Wickliffe Congleton; and her siblings, Bill, Charles Egerton and Maureen "Mockey" Oak Luhn.

She is survived by: her children, Brooke Nevius (Bill) of Louisville, KY, Lee Congleton (Frederica) of Bedford, KY and Christian Congleton (Marilyn) of Lexington, KY; her sister Sue Egerton Lippert of Louisville, KY; and her grandchildren, Nathan, Parker, Ali, Tori Nevius, Hannah, Keegan Congleton and Jackson Congleton.
