She was predeceased by: her father Clarence Hoover; her husband David Smith; her daughter Angela Eccles; her siblings, Stanley Hoover (Mary Lou), Lorraine Paluzzi and Marion Neath (Denzil); and her siblings-in-law, Jason Hogan and Ann Hoover.
She is survived by: her mother Nina Hoover; her children, Diane Studler (Rusty) and Daniel Smith (Lisa); her son-in-law Norm Eccles; her grandchildren, Nathan, Alex Eccles (Karleigh), Cassie Collins (Jason), Justin Studler, Brandon and Austin Smith; her great grandchildren, Tristan Collins and James David Eccles; her siblings, Charlotte Hogan, Dick Hoover (Cindy) and Doug Hoover; and her brother-in-law Joe Paluzzi.
