It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet McRoberts (Lexington, Kentucky), born in Maysville, Kentucky, who passed away on March 12, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Applegate and Bertha Pitts Applegate; her daughter Karen Hawley Krumpe; and her siblings, Raymond Applegate, Gerna Applegate and Katherine Claypool.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Ayers (Thomas), Connie Holt (Billy), Geoffrey Poole (Jimmie Sue), Patti McRoberts (Wayne) and Carla Gibson (Mike); and her sister Margaret Sweet. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 37 great grandchildren.
