She was predeceased by: her parents, John R. Perkins and Ada Lee Emmons Perkins; her husband Scuttle; her daughter Cathie Ann Campbell; her sons-in-law, Johnny Hall, Randy Wilson and Robbie Campbell; and her siblings, Rob Perkins, Tommy Perkins, Mary Louise Perkins, Amanda Rigdon Yazell, Margaret Ann Edmond and Joyce Kreider.
She is survived by: her children, Connie Vice (Larry), Patti Hall (Steve Donovan), Gregg Williams (Maggie Smith) and Barb Wilson; her grandchildren, Robin Campbell (Robert "Beanie" Cummings), Jeff Vice (Kim), Rob Allen Campbell, Todd Vice (Jennie), Elliott Williams, Luke Williams, Alex Wilson, Hannah Wilson and Chris Wolfe; her great grandchildren, Sawyer Vice and Hannah Vice; her brother Jack Perkins (Mary); and her brother-in-law Ray Kreider. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
