She was predeceased by: her parents, Rogers Thomas Moore and Jane Lanier Williams Moore; her husband David W. Collins; and her son David Weir Collins. She is survived by: her children, Harry May Collins (Cissy), Jane Williams Collins Pappas (John) and Ruth Hundley Collins Cogar (Bill); and her grandchildren, Anne Mason Romaine, Janie Romaine Jones (Jemison), Douglas R. Romaine, Margaret Collins Cogar Brock (Les), William Randolph Cogar Jr. (Erin), Emmy Gambet and Elizabeth Dorsett (Clay). She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Friday, October 11th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Milward Funeral Directors, Inc. (159 N Broadway, Lexington, KY 40507). A graveside service was held on Saturday, October 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Frankfort Cemetery (215 E Main St, Frankfort, KY 40601).
