He was predeceased by: his father Marshall Lee Nicholas; his stepmother Joy Nicholas; and his brother Steven Lee Nicholas. He is survived by: his mother Virginia Mae Jefferson of Lawrenceburg, KY.; his wife Tina Jones Nicholas of Lexington; his children, Kyle Munday (Kendra), Brittany Thornberry (Jessie) and Sarah Moreland (Derek); his grandchildren, Londyn, Prestyn, Annie, Navy, Baby A, Ashton, Adalynn, Tatelyn, Bethany, Trinity, Tristian, Annalee and Emery; and his sisters, Leslie Chrisman (Robert), Janice Adams (Lamar) and Tonia Walker.
