He was predeceased by: his parents, Harlan Shouse and Hazel Estepp Shouse. He is survived by: his wife Betty Smith Shouse; his daughters, Jamie Shouse Hernandez and Holly Shouse; his niece Maggie Fisher Brown; his grandchildren, Austin, Justin, Taylor, Emily, Michael, Carlos and Andy; and his great grandchildren, Jordynn, Liam, Oskar and Kaidyn.
