He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Clifford and Irene Kitchen Smith; and his wife Barbara Gilliam Smith. He is survived by: his sons, Jim Smith (Cindy) of Lexington, KY, Tim Smith (Holly) of Benton, KY and Chris Smith (Corey); his grandchildren, Nicci, Brock, Sam and Jake Smith; and his great grandchildren, Cooper and Carter Smith.
