He was predeceased by: his parents, James Matt Partin and Aggie Harrison; and his siblings, Yvonne Ross, Alice Reece, Don Ed Harrison, Curt Harrison, Morgan Spencer and Bill Partin.
He is survived by: his wife Zelma Partin; his children, James Partin (Dena), Melissa Wagers, Samantha Partin and Sabrina Partin; his siblings, Doug Harrison (Yvonne), Dewey Harrison (Doris), Debbie Collins (Roger), Irvin Spencer, Ron Partin (Cathy), Roy Partin, Donna Shepperd (Jim), Brenda Patterson (Tim) and Peggy Watson; and his pet Buster. He is also survived by his five grandchildren, three great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
