Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved James Franklin Mullins (Lexington, Kentucky), who passed away at the age of 74, on February 22, 2023. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles R. Mullins and Hilda Leake Mullins; his siblings, Theresa Russell, Joe Mullins and Leon Mullins; his children, Sandra Masters (Clay), Lisa Masters (Cory) and Chad Mullins; and his siblings, Linda Turner (Ron), Connie Mullins, Sylvia Mulcahy (Wayne), Dottie Jeter Neal, Jacqueline Royalty, Trudy Stone (Bob), Louis, Charles "Micky" (Connie) and Donald Ray Mullins (Rita). He was also cherished by nephews and nieces.
