He was predeceased by: his daughter Karla Phelps; and his granddaughter Ashley Brooke. He is survived by: his spouse Oma Tosh Phelps of Lexington; his daughters, Lisa Keller (Joe) and Lori Shaw (Billy); his grandson Colby Shaw; and his brother Harrodsburg Road.
