He was predeceased by: his parents, James Frazier Sr. and Peggy Ann Smith. He is survived by: his siblings, Will Henry Holt, Anthony Frazier (Tawanda) and Zena; his uncles, Grandy Frazier and James Henry of Louisville Ky; his close friends, Gwendolyn Wilhite, Vanessa, Bobby Robinson and Rev William Marks Sr.; and also Cynthia. He is also survived by his nephews, Cousins and Nieces.
