He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Grant and Vera Landis Grant; his father-in-law Jim Mann; his brother-in-law John "Butch" Blauser; his niece Jennifer Stallard; and his great-nephew Tyler Blauser.

He is survived by: his wife Vicky Grant; his children, Joshua Grant and Hayley Grant; his sisters, Sharon Blauser and Pam Stallard (Mike); his mother-in-law Ruth Mann; his brother-in-law Randy Mann (Julie); and his pets, Tebow and Trevor. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
