He is survived by: his wife Peggy Ziegler; his siblings, Henri Kagan and Aliette Mandelbrot; his children, Isabelle Kagan and Edgard Kagan (Cindy); and his grandchildren, Marshall, Anne-Sophie and Daniel Kagan.
