He was predeceased by: his parents, C. B. Neal and Flora Frances Neal (Martin); and his wife Mildred A. Guernsey. He is survived by: his children, Cynthia K. Neal of Lexington, Brenda Neal Fogle (Fenton) of Georgetown, David M. Neal (Robin) of Lexington and Bruce A. Neal (Deborah) of Lexington. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, five, great-great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.
