He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Kelso Coale and Margaret Coale (Roll); his wife Nancy Elizabeth Kuhn Coale; and his close friend Mary Lucille Courtney. He is survived by: his siblings, Margaret Coale, James Coale, Shirley Ann Coale, Beverly Jane Nugen and Linda Lee Coale.
