He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Benschneider and Ida Gilhouse Benschneider; and his sisters, Malah Shepherd and Judy Bendschneider. He is survived by: his wife Betty Luttrell Benschneider; his children, Jack Benschneider, Jr. (Jolenia) of London, Kim Angel of Lexington, Rita Szary (Stan) of Hamilton, OH and Sharon Grider (Dennis) of Liberty; and his grandchildren, Madison Bendschneider, Max Bendschneider, House of Montana, Ryan Lee, Jarrod Angel, Jonathan Szary (Robin), Amy Adkins (Jim) and Neal Grider (Karen). He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
