It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ivanell Willis Wells of Lexington, Kentucky, who passed away on April 1, 2025, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Warner Willis and Nancy Spradlin Willis; her husband James Raymond Wells; her daughter Deloris Wells Moore; and her siblings, Junior Willis, John Willis, Bill Willis, David Joe Willis and Peggy Morris.
She is survived by: her children, Palma W. Burchett (Dwight), Nancy Pack (Jim Bob), Lillian Storm, Ronald R. Wells (Peggy), Warner L. Wells (Lisa) and John S. Wells (Mickey). She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, twenty-two great grandchildren, and eight great-great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Highland Memorial Park (551 Kentucky Rte 2275, Staffordsville, KY 41256).
