He was predeceased by: his parents, Doyle Shaw and Eleanor Marie Harlow Shaw; and his siblings, James Kelly Shaw, Bobby Shaw, Eddie Shaw and Sandy Littrell.

He is survived by: his children, Samantha Mack, Ella Shaw and Josh Shaw; his grandchildren, Ivan Bradley Shaw, Tanner Lee Adams, Emma Grace Shaw and Lily Rose Shaw; his great great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Ray, Peyton, Alexis, Malaki, Bentley, Kingston and Waylon; and his siblings, Wanda Shaw and Mike Shaw (Donna Collins).

Due to Covid-19 a private visitation will be held at Clark Legacy Center with burial to follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
