It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irving Phillips (Lexington, Kentucky), who passed away on February 15, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Lucille; his children, Debbie Radcliffe (Brian), Rick Phillips (Lynn) and Brian Phillips (Pam); his grandchildren, Grant, Logan, Brianne, Stephanie, Rachael and Jillian; and his great grandchildren, Leia, Raevyn and Harper.

Memorial contributions are suggested to Bluegrass Hospice Care, 2312 Alexandria Dr., Lexington, KY 40504 or to a charity of choice.
