She was predeceased by: her parent Gayle. She is survived by: her nephew Chris Fortner (Angie); her nieces, Nicole Zaluski (Dan), Kelli Wilson (Scott), Katie McLafferty (Cody) and Chelsea Hill (Taylor); and her siblings, Keith Fortner (Judy), David Fortner (Sharon), Pat West (Dennis) and Jackie Fortner. She is also survived by seven great nephews and three great nieces.
