She was predeceased by: her siblings, Ralph, Edna, Francis and Ernie; her husband Harold Roy Black; her children, Fredrick Carl Black, Cynthia Louise Black and Bruce Harold Black; and her parents, Laverne Wellwood and Clarence Wellwood.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Rachel Allison Black; her daughter-in-law Sandra Suhren Hamblin; her children, Pierce Walker Hamblin and Rebekah Hamblin Mikec (Ryan); her caregivers, Shelley Baker and Allison Bowman; her daughter Bonnie Black Adams; and her grandchildren, Heather Adams Olvera (Skylar) and Joshawa Hunter Adams.
