He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeffrey Raleigh and Kimberly Dawn Blair; his brother Josh Raleigh; and his grandmother Patricia Colvin. He is survived by: his grandparents, Bob and Donna Blair; his siblings, Kyle Edward Blair (Jessica), Aaron Raleigh and Rebel Raleigh; his great-aunt Cathy Teater; his aunt Sherie Fultz (Shannon); his cousin Kaitlyn Wingate (Samuel); and also, Tatym, Finnley and Emerald-Elizabeth.
