We are sad to announce that on February 7, 2024, at the age of 64, Howard Thomas Clark Jr. (Lexington, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard T. Clark and Laura L. Clark; and his brother-in-law David Coffey. He is survived by: his significant other Dottie Sherrow; his sister Virginia Coffey; his nephew Mason Coffey; and his niece Meredith Coffey. He is also survived by several cousins and dear friends.

Services for his memorial tribute will be at a later date.

“The last several years were hard on Tom due to circumstances that few of us could endure. He endured them quietly and never whined or complained. Many of his friends turned their backs to him. I considered Tom a brother and will miss his unique personality, his deep love of history and his ability to sustain hardships without constantly blaming others. Fly high brother. I let the wind carry some of his ashes over the Little Big Horn battlefield several days ago. Nemo me impune lacessit.”
