He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert R. Campbell Sr. and Ollie M. Campbell; and his sisters, Barbara Anne Franks and Wilma Jean Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia J. Unger; his sons, John (Sarah) of Lexington and James (Jane) of Lexington; and his sister Margaret Conley of Union, KY. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
