He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Wickline; his daughter Alexa Folk of Lexington, KY; his parents, Henry Perry "Skipper" Folk, Jr. and Sylvia B. Folk of Trinity, FL; his sisters, Caroline Koye (Gary) of Palm Harbor, FL and Suzanna Arnold (Walt) of Nicholasville, KY; his niece Brianna Clement (David); his nephew Sam Arnold; his close friends, Carter Suter (Tasha) and Lee Johnson; and his pet Thomas.
