He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bell and Helen Winchester Bell; and his wife Earline Wearren Bell. He is survived by: his children, Gerald (Nancy) of Hampton, VA, Henry B. Bell Jr. of Lexington, George Bell of Louisville, KY., Michelle Bell Downing and Emma Bell Edwards of Lexington, KY.; his stepchildren, Jahmel Wearren-Overstreet, Love Wearren and Seanrae White; his brother George L. Bell of Friendswood; his half-siblings, Charles Bell and Teresa Bell of Lexington; his aunt Edna Seynour of Indianapolis, IN; and his nephew Chuck Hamilton.
