He was predeceased by: his adoptive parents, Linton Hunter Mazyck and June Craine Mazyck; and his son Hunter Thomas Mazyck. He is survived by: his wife Kitty; his children, Ann Wesley Boardman (John) and Jason Mazyck; his siblings, Jeff Godby (Giovanna) and Jo Lynn Carron (Steve); his brother-in-law Thomas C. Roser (Lynn); his nephews, Max Godby (Ashley) and Thomas B. Roser (Amy); his niece Margaret Lynn Roser; and his grandchildren, Henry James Boardman and Kathryn Hunter Boardman.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Lexington Cemetery (833 W Main St, Lexington, KY 40508).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Baby Health Services (1401 Harrodsburg Rd, Ste A-420, Lexington, KY 40504) in honor of a life lived with deep purpose and endless generosity.
