She was predeceased by: her parents, William R. Walker and Gertrude Kinnaird Walker; her husband James D. Kemp; her son James W. Kemp; and her siblings, William R. Walker, Jr. and Carrie W. Newberry.
She is survived by: her daughter Bonnie Collins (R. W.) of Paris; her daughter-in-law Barbara Abbott Kemp of Lexington; her granddaughters, Jennifer Longworth (Bill) of Lexington, Cindy Kemp-Nelson (Cason) of Louisville, Katie Neal (Brian) of Lexington and Emily Lewis (Corey) of Paint Lick; and her great grandchildren, Jill, Rebekah, Neleh Longworth, Jack Neal and Harry Nelson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
