With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hazel Pittman Witzke (Lexington, Kentucky), who passed away on December 1, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivory Pittman and Mary Elizabeth Holmes Pittman; her daughter Kim Deshong; and her siblings, Calvin, Phillip, Shirley, Cecil and Gerome Pittman.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Bruce Witzke; her children, Wayne Witzke and Deborah Boettcher; her sisters, Darlen Jannin (Roger) and Alvina Leuckel; her granddaughter Andrea Noel Boettcher; her close friends, Lennie and Brad Underwood; and also, Ava and Parker.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Milward Funeral Directors, Inc. (159 N Broadway, Lexington, KY 40507). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at the same location.
