Hazel Abbott Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hazel Abbott of Lexington, Kentucky, who passed away on March 20, 2022 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Hugh F. Wade; and her siblings, Amy Luttrell (Beecher), Olive Massey (Raymond), Gordon Byron Wade (Frances), Edward Wade (Elaine) and Henry (Wade).
She is survived by: her son Wade Abbott; and her sister-in-law Stella Abbott. She is also survived by fifteen nieces and nephews and several great nieces and nephews.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Bluegrass Hospice Care or to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
