It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harold Eugene Bills (Lexington, Kentucky), who passed away on November 21, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian Bills and Coreen Bills; his stepmother Mable Bills; and his siblings, Helen, Phyllis and Buck Bills.

He is survived by: his wife Joyce Bills; his daughter Pamela Joy Fields (Gerald); his grandsons, Colin A. and Connor K. Fields; his siblings, Doris Hallford, Barbara Coker, Alyce McCord, Betty Palmer and Ray Bills (Brenda); and his sister-in-law Kay Bills.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to American Truck Historical Society (ATHS) % Tom Chesnut, 1794 High Bridge Rd., Lancaster, KY 40444.
