With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gustave Frederick Wolff III of Lexington, Kentucky, born in Madison, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 12, 2024 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Gustave Frederick II and Elizabeth Wolff (Geraldine Utter); his wife Preceding; and his sister Virgilia Wolff Mercer. He is survived by: his children, Gretchen Wolff Shearer of Harrodsburg, KY, Erika Wolff Hays (George) of Brentwood, TN and Franz Frederick Wolff (Melanie) of Lexington, KY; and his grandchildren, Cooper Shearer, Cade Shearer, George Hays, Cassidy Wolff, Hayden Wolff and Kennedy Wolff.
