He was predeceased by: his father William Berkley Ballinger; his sister Denise Brinkman; and his nephew Nathan Brinkman. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Ballinger; his mother Shirley Meeks Ballinger of Reading, OH; his children, Jenna Vance (Josh) of Versailles and Chase Ballinger (Amber) of Versailles; his parents-in-law, Marlene and Harry Nace of Lexington; and his brother-in-law Jeff Nace of Lexington.
