He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex Riggs and Elizabeth Brown Riggs; and his siblings, Shelby Riggs and Reba Powell. He is survived by: his daughters, Tracy Riggs Turner of Lexington and Meleah Riggs Powell (Robert) of Henry County; his grandchildren, Ryan Foster, Megan Foster, Elizabeth Eddins (Travis) and Robert Powell, Jr.; his great grandchildren, Ellie, Colt and Sawyer Eddins; his close friend Cathie Regan; and his nephews, Charles, Gregg, Alex Riggs and Terry Powell.
