He was predeceased by: his parents, Brackie Collins and Kathryn Collins; his son Keven Glenn Collins; and his brother Gary. He is survived by: his wife Ruby; his daughters, Dr. Leslie Collins (Mike Grunter) and Dr. Ashli Collins (Ganesh Rao); his grandchildren, Sarah, PJ Loheide, Sydney and Kevin Runkle; and his stepgrandchildren, Maya and Meena Rao.

Social distancing should be observed and face masks need to be worn by everyone within the facility.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests gifts in memory of Dr. Glenn B. Collins be sent to the University of Kentucky College of Agriculture "Keven Glenn Collins Scholarship Fund".
