He is survived by: his mother Wilma Hall Smith; his wife Christeinna Smith; his son Andrew Smith; his stepchildren, Billy Collinsworth (Brooklyn), Latasha Gibson (Robert), Ashley Collinsworth, Stephanie Collinsworth and Samantha Collinsworth; his siblings, Richard Smith (Bonnie), Chad Lawson, Frances Martin (Timmy) and Linda Smith; his grandchildren, Nathan Gibson, Damin Manns, Desmond Collinsworth, Grayson Gibson and Dakota Collinsworth; his niece Sasha Nicole Martin; his nephew Timothy Aaron Martin; and his great-nieces, Amelia Reece Martin and Anjel Grace Calton.
