He was predeceased by: his father Owen Ratliff; his daughter Michelle Swiger; and his brother Randall Spears. He is survived by: his children, Daletta Wallen (Rick), Barry Ratliff (Stacey) and Mark Swiger; and his sister Ruth Ann Phipps.
