We are sad to announce that on July 11, 2023, Glen Perkins (Lexington, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hayes Perkins and Vena Fairchild Perkins; his granddaughter Emily Paige Perkins; and his sister Sharon Blevins. He is survived by: his wife Mary Robin Perkins; his sons, Patrick Glen Perkins (Stacy) and Jay Bradley Perkins; his grandson Harrison Glen Perkins; and his brothers, James R. Perkins, Kermit K. Perkins (Mary), John L. Perkins, David L. Perkins and Douglas D. Perkins (Jackie).
The family ask that any donations be made in honor of Glen to Bluegrass Care Navigators in his name, or to UK Children's Hospital in the name of Emily Paige Perkins.
