It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gladys L. Springfield (Lexington, Kentucky), who passed away on February 13, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Harkness Reed; her daughter Beverly Springfield; and her siblings, Nannie Belle Wells, John Reed, Harkness Reed Jr. and Charles Reed.

She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Springfield; her sons, William "Allan" Springfield III (Hazel) and Daniel Springfield; and her granddaughter Courtney Springfield. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The family requests memorial contributions be directed to Broadway Baptist Church, 2500 Harrodsburg Road, Lexington, KY 40503.
