He is survived by: his wife Kathy Courtney Mitchell; his children, Kim Gilbert (Danny), Donna Cottingham, DeAnna Burdette, Cindy Hutchens (Dwayne), Robert Mitchell and Greg Mitchell; his granddaughter Tiffany Slone; and his great grandchild Pasley Slone. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
