He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Seifert and Hattie Seifert; his son David H. Seifert; and his wife Sarah Stewart Seifert (Peggy). He is survived by: his daughter Rachel Seifert; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jacob, Abby, Nina and Alex. He is also survived by many relatives of his late wife.
