He was predeceased by: his mother Judy Brown Salyer. He is survived by: his father Gerald Salyer Sr. of Salyersville; his children, Adrianna Salyer of Inez, Emily Salyer of Inez, Olivia Grace Salyer of Salyersville, Julie Page Salyer of Lexington and John Payne Salyer of Lexington; and his sisters, Alicia Blair (Carl) of Leander, Faith Wilson (Mike) of Salyersville and Machelle Hardin of Salyersville. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of family and friends.
