He is survived by: his wife Pamela Fitzpatrick; his children, Gerald "Rusty" Fitzpatrick (Susan) and Sheila Fitzpatrick Rambo (David); and his grandchildren, Clay, Casey, Cole Fitzpatrick, Amanda, Brianna and Courtney Rambo.
