He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard T Otis and Minnie Otis; and his siblings, Howard Otis, Betsy Curry and Jacqueline Saunier.
He is survived by: his wife Joanna Otis; his children, Carrie Taylor (Alan) and Ken Otis (Patty); his grandchildren, Anya Hopper and Lance Taylor (Heather); and his great grandchildren, Dakota, Christian, Jordan, Braeden, Savannah, Kaylee, Nick and Aidric.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the First Alliance Church (2221 Old Higbee Mill Rd, Lexington, KY 40514). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
