She is survived by: her daughter Regina "Gina" Clemons (John) of Lexington, KY; her grandchildren, Joshua Clemons, Rachel Clemons and Caleb Clemons; and her great grandchildren, Jasmine Clemons, Arya Clemons, McKenna Clemons and Declan Clemons.
