He was predeceased by: his wife Margie; and his parents, George Sr. Waugh and Lucille Cable Waugh. He is survived by: his children, Karen Waugh and Barry Waugh (Sandy); his granddaughter Heather (John); his great grandchildren, Hazel and Sylvia; and his siblings, Shirley Noffsinger (Jack) and Evelyn Taylor (Sam).
