She was predeceased by: her father Robert S. Smith Clark. She is survived by: her mother Anne Clark (Gillespie) of Louisville, KY; her daughters, Kacey Pelphrey (Jarrod) of Lexington, KY and Madison Parker (Kenny) of Louisville, KY; her siblings, Catherine R. Clark of Louisville, KY and Dr. John Robert Clark (Elaine) of Coolwater, MI; and her grandchildren, Caiden Smith, Xander Smith and Keelie Pelphrey.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel (345 E Lexington St, Harrodsburg, KY 40330). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the same location. A committal service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:15 PM at the Spring Hill Cemetery Pavilion (529 N Greenville St, Harrodsburg, KY 40330).
