She was predeceased by: her husband Mitchell Turner. She is survived by: her daughter Ashley Deshon (Brandon); her sister Readth Howard; her niece Nicole Taylor (Durran); and her great-nephew Alex Gardner. She is also survived by numerous extended family members and lifelong friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made in honor of Geneva to the local Humane Society.
